The collection also contains loose ordinances passed from 1890 to 1960 and loose meeting minutes that document City Hall activities from 1924 to 1952. Until 1924, the records were handwritten; from 1924 to 1987, records are typescript. Also included in these records is the 1932 Bicentennial Celebration's signature register. Includes records from M-216 #3 and #4.

This collection consists of approximately 10,000 plans, maps, drawings, and other oversize documents from the City of Salisbury's Department of Field Operations and, prior to its inclusion in the Field Ops department, the Department of Public Works. While the record dates range from approximately 1890 to 2020, the majority of the collection dates between 1920 and 1980. Included are property surveys, utility maps and plans, water works materials, and other infrastructure-related documents used to build, maintain, and alter structures and properties in the City of Salisbury. Notably included are 1988 aerial photographs of the city (contact prints and negatives), project progress photographs, and microfiche reproductions of many of the oversize items.
